For Bacardi’s activation at Amsterdam Open Air, with Butik I designed a vibrant and immersive festival setup that blends modularity with aesthetics. Built on a Layher structure, the installation is decorated with a series of custom modular panels, evoking the colorful, lively atmosphere of a tropical Casa Bacardi.
The design features layered volumes, playful elevations, and a mix of open and enclosed spaces, providing both an intimate and dynamic festival experience. The facade, inspired by Latin American architecture, integrates lush greenery, textured surfaces, and intricate details, reinforcing the brand’s heritage.
A central transparent canopy covers the dance floor, creating a sheltered yet open environment that enhances the festival vibe while ensuring functionality in all weather conditions. This modular and transportable concept allows for adaptability across various events, reinforcing Bacardi’s brand presence with a striking and immersive experience.
